At Gulf Hub, we specialize in providing high-quality products with fast, reliable delivery across all seven Emirates in the UAE.

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We understand the convenience of paying when you receive your package. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within the UAE.

  • Payment: Please ensure you have the exact amount in AED ready for the courier.

  • Confirmation: Once you place an order, our team or fulfillment partner may contact you via WhatsApp or Phone Call to confirm your delivery address. Orders will only be processed after this confirmation.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

We strive to get your order to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

  • Standard Delivery (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman): 1–2 Business Days.

  • Remote Areas (Abu Dhabi, RAK, UAQ, Fujairah): 2–3 Business Days.

  • Shipping Cost: We charge a flat rate of [Insert Amount, e.g., 18 AED] for delivery. [Optional: Free shipping on orders over 150 AED].

     

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification with a tracking link. You can track your package in real-time to see when it will arrive.

 

4. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your package. If you are unavailable, please coordinate with the courier via the contact number provided in the tracking SMS to reschedule. After two failed attempts, the order will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse.

5. Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please take a photo or video immediately and contact us at golfhub0@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement for you.
